We have two venues available, both in central Lisbon. Suspenso Alfama, near the entrance to São Jorge Castle, and Suspenso Rooftop in Marquês de Pombal.

Yes. However, if you need audiovisual equipment or bar service, these must be contracted exclusively from our company.
The price of the room includes an event coordinator who accompanies our clients from the moment the date is booked until the event closes. This coordinator oversees set-up and dismantling and will be present throughout the event. A cleaning crew will also be on hand during the day of the event to help keep the room clean at all times.
Yes. We want the experiences at our venues to be as enjoyable as possible, so we have a production team that can organise everything for your event, from catering to decoration, entertainment, technical aspects and creative aspects. Talk to us, you'll see that it's worth it, both in terms of effort and price.
Yes. We have exclusivity for audiovisuals and bar service. When security services are required, these must also be provided by the company that works with us on a regular basis.
No. AVs are exclusive to Suspenso. We have high-quality sound and lighting equipment. Anything not installed in the venue is available in our warehouse.
With our equipment and in-house technicians, we can guarantee a better service. In addition, we can offer lower prices because we do not have transport, assembly and disassembly costs, which are often a significant part of AV budgets. Ask us for a quote and you can compare.
Yes, or if you prefer, we can suggest some DJs or entertainers who regularly work with us.
Both spaces are decorated with elegant furniture and some plants. This furniture can be used at no additional cost. We also have a wide range of furniture for hire or, if you prefer, you can bring your own or hire suppliers of your choice.
No. We have partners who can provide this service.
Yes. Catering is not exclusive. However, we have some partners who allow us to offer the best gastronomic experiences to our customers. If you choose a partner caterer, there will be no additional fee. If you choose a non-partner caterer, a fee of €500 will be charged. You can consult the list of our partners here:

Yes, the Chão do Loureiro car park has 192 spaces available and is 100 metres away.

We don't normally take pre-bookings, but we understand that our partners often need to know if a date is secure so they can propose it to their clients. Talk to us and we will try to help whenever possible.
To reserve a date, simply pay 50% of the agreed amount.
Yes, it is possible. There is a 2.5% fee for European cards and 3.75% for international cards. Bank transfers are free of charge.
